California neo-thrashers Hexen re-issue their acclaimed debut album, State Of Insurgency! One of California''s proudest contributions to the thrash metal revival. Hexen''s combination of old-school ferocity, new-school technicality, and socially conscious lyrics helps them stand out in the fiercely competitive scene that birthed fellow acts such as Warbringer, Exmortus, Bonded By Blood and Fueled By Fire. CD including a bonus disc featuring 2 live shows!
