Vardan represents the new era of Atmospheric Metal. Italy''s one-man Black Metal dynamo continues to tread new ground while blazing the path that is uniquely Vardan''s. The 34th full-length release "No Exit from the Forest" sees Vardan returning to a darker and less ambient sound, while incorporating an eerie, mesmeric atmosphere akin to Xasthur, Krohm and Wolves In The Throne Room. This offering is a chilling opus interwoven with dark, twisted guitar passages, harsh Black Metal vocals and cold, bitter keys.
