On December 4, 1993, the world lost one of the 20th centurys most creative minds, not to mention a passionate activist.
An arch-surrealist and prog satirist, a virtuoso who doesnt mince his words, Frank Vincent Zappa carved
a unique path through genres and eras like no other.
Manically driven, extravagantly gifted, utterly uniqueGet Your Vinyl Out has curated a modest selection of perfectly captured live recordings, encompassing 16 years of Zappa on stage, his look, his hooks, his humor, his style, and a mind that should be donated to science.
Spanning eight evenings of reworked music for guitar and low-budget orchestras, these live recordings capture a sonic mass of creative genius, brimming with ideas that could help shape the future of humanity if only!
