Accident of Birth is the fourth studio album by Iron Maidens Bruce Dickinson, released on 12th May 1997. It was Dickinsons second collaboration with Roy Z and its in a very different style to his first album Skunkworks. On the album, he also collaborated with fellow (at the time) former Iron Maiden member Adrian Smith. Often regarded as one of Bruces finest solo albums, it spawned the fan favourites Man Of Sorrows and Road To Hell.

Now in 2026, Bruce has collaborated with Grammy award winning producer, Brendan Duffey on a new remix of the album. Duffey also worked on his hit 2024 album, The Mandrake Project and 2025s reimagined album, More Balls To Picasso.
