Featuring three quarters of arcane Death Metal band Anarkhon, there is clear cross-pollination, with both acts having recently headed to murkier, more esoteric climes. The primary link is the warped riffing and skewed melodies of Sodomic guitarist, main songwriter and frontman for both bands whose masterfully evocative vocal incantations here deconstruct how the Abrahamic religions have negatively shaped human behaviour over the centuries.
